A few more sunshiny days

Summer is over – not the season, nor the sunny weather, but the holidays. The kids are back in school, everything is new – teachers, classmates, subjects, even a completely new school in one case. I have to get used to a new schedule with less work time for myself (One of them will come home for lunch instead of eating in school! Shock, gasp!). Either way, I’m sorta back, which means I’ll shortly review all the books I’ve read over summer and then go on ranting wildly about all the things that drive me mad, like people who think climate change is something you have to believe in for it to be real.

For the moment, I’ll leave you with this picture of a polar bear in the Viennese Zoo, and the hope for a few more sunshiny days before the autumn storms hit.

Take care xx

About angelikarust

My name is Angelika Rust. I was born in Vienna in 1977. These days, I live in Germany, with my husband, two children, a despotic couple of cats and a hyperactive dog. After having tried almost every possible job from pizza delivery girl to HR consultant, I now make a living knowing English. No, I haven’t yet figured out what I want to be when I grow up, whenever that may be. In the meantime, I write the occasional book.
